Solara Pilates Studio is now located a VIDA! And Solara is pleased to offer VIDA members a special rate for private sessions (including Pilates Reformer and Cadillac Machine). Member rates include: - Free first session (30 minutes) - $65 per session - $240 for 4 Sessions - $440 for 8 Sessions About Solara Pilates: I have been teaching Pilates for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience with helping people of all ages, sizes and abilities. I love working with those who have never liked exercise, have chronic pain, injuries or just want to gain strength and flexibility. I tailor each session to your individual needs. Whether you need a gentle, therapeutic pace or a vigorous athletic challenge, I can help you achieve your fitness goals.
